  2. This statement helps clients and the public identify genuine authorization relationships and guard against impersonation, false authorization, and acts beyond the scope of authorization.

Article 2Types of partners

  1. Authorized agents: Authorized in writing to sell DSU-X products and services within an agreed region and provide frontline client liaison; divided into general and regional agents.
  2. Technical service providers: Certified to provide deployment, customization, integration, and operations based on DSU-X systems; certification is based on technical capability and service rating.
  3. White-label / OEM partners: Authorized to deliver DSU-X source code or systems under their own brand; the scope, labeling terms, and deliverables are defined by contract.
  4. Channel partners: Cooperate through referrals, distribution, and similar means; their authorization scope and validity are defined by agreement.

Article 3Obtaining authorization and validity

  1. DSU-X authorization is based on the written contract signed by both parties and the authorization record registered in the system; no verbal commitment constitutes valid authorization.
  2. Authorization has clear start and end dates and is valid only within the authorization period; if not renewed upon expiry, the authorization automatically lapses.
  3. Each partner is registered with a unique authorization number, searchable on the official verification page.

Article 4Brand and name-use rules

  1. Partners may use the DSU-X name, trademarks, domain, and related marks only within the authorization scope and period, as agreed; they must not alter, register, or squat on similar names or marks.
  2. Partners must not sign contracts, collect payments, or make commitments in the name of the official DSU-X entity; their legal actions are their own independent responsibility.
  3. Without written consent, partners must not transfer or lend the authorization to a third party, nor sub-authorize.
  4. Partners must not make performance commitments beyond the official DSU-X position, nor absolute guarantees of service results.

Article 5Authorization limits

  1. Partners must operate within the authorization type, region, business scope, and period; acts beyond scope are not binding on DSU-X.
  2. For high-risk or compliance-sensitive features (such as scraping, redirects, cloaking, bulk email, quantitative trading), partners must follow official rules with default-off or conservative settings and clear risk notices, with the client deciding and bearing responsibility.
  3. Quantitative content must clearly state it 'does not constitute investment advice'; email services must comply with applicable anti-spam and data compliance requirements.

Article 6Verification

  1. Any entity or individual may use the official DSU-X verification page and enter a full company name, keyword, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, or email to verify in real time the other party's authorization status, scope, and validity.
  2. Verification results are based on real-time official system queries; if actual terms differ from verification information, the written contract prevails, and it may be confirmed through the Article 8 channel.

Article 7Suspension and termination of authorization

  1. If a partner violates the contract, this statement, or applicable laws, DSU-X may suspend or terminate its authorization and update the status in the official system, listing it as suspended or terminated.
  2. After suspension or termination, the entity must immediately stop taking on any new business under the DSU-X authorized name and stop using all DSU-X brand marks.
  3. Lists of terminated or suspended partnerships are published on the official verification page for public query.

Article 8Complaints and reports

  1. If impersonation of DSU-X, false authorization, acts beyond authorization scope, or other violations are found, any entity or individual may preserve evidence and report to the following email:
[email protected]
  1. DSU-X will verify and handle reports and, where necessary, update authorization status, publish lists, or pursue liability in accordance with law.

Article 9Disclaimer

  1. Clients and the public should verify partners' qualifications, reputation, and service capability before transactions, clarify service content, fees, term, and breach liability, and transact prudently.
  2. DSU-X makes no guarantee or commitment regarding the safety, accuracy, or effectiveness of services independently provided by partners; partners bear legal responsibility for their own actions.

Article 10Effect and interpretation

  1. This statement takes effect on the issue date; DSU-X may update it as business and compliance require, and the official published version prevails.
